Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band established out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), together with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their tune, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) thru his LiveJournal website. Impressed by way of the band, Wentz kpop wholesale personally met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band released their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which might debut at #112 on the Billboard 2 hundred album charts.
Featured in Spin mag as their band of the day in early October 2005, achieving #1 at the MySpace chart, and constantly staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, would simply help grow the bands popularity. An appearance on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, on the most appropriate in their music video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band much publicity.
